Even growing up, my dad loved breakfast so the rare time we'd go out to breakfast (like on a road trip) my mom and I would ask if it was too early for lunch. And since you didn't eat in your sleep it only leaves the previous day. And something IS causing it.
And I'll bet ya when you stop eating it your allergies will ease too.
Why contracting. It's the absence of hunger. That's a physiological response. That fullness. The rest is chicken or turkey - even the bacon.
I've actually found that I'm feeling better having a well rounded meal in the morning than the carb heavy toast or bagel only that I was doing before. At work, I was always starving by 9:00.
What is it that makes you say my stomach is contracting overnight?Pumpkin Delight (Kimberly)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15754292671421221960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7071830940339914895.post-47937601196910700032013-06-18T00:49:42.637-07:002013-06-18T00:49:42.637-07:00If I were you I wouldn't be worrying about it....If I were you I wouldn't be worrying about it. The breakfast bit anyway. I'd be far more interested in what you'd eaten the previous day that caused your stomach to contract overnight. For that's what's happening.
You might head off to a Chinese medicine person. Them guys and gals tend to have a handle on what you put in. You see it could be something so ubiquitous that you'd never think it.
People in Galway were getting sick a few years ago and they couldn't figure out what was going on. At the time the water treatment plant was undergoing renovations and people were advised to buy bottled for drinking. But the bottled water was constituted differently to the stuff for the tap and was ripping their guts apart since the chlorine and calcium content was rejigging their gut Ph and flora. This probably isn't you but I mention as an instance where the GP would never have caught it 'cause they don't view things like that.
Your photos look lovely, well put together and appetizing. I don't eat bacon myself, or salami for that matter but if I did these would surely tempt me. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
