  1. It's amazing the number of times you see that type and style of sign. The top one. The 'very' last time they were regularly available was during the reign of Victoria. How I know, its her crown. It was used as her cypher on 'official' stuff like a tax demand or signs telling you to keep out/off. But you'd probably see it more often that any other.
Still craving coffee then. Have you lost weight since water is no longer needed to dilute the stuff.
6.30am here, hound holding her pee in since she's not allowed out yet as it blowing a storm. And pitch black out. I'll give in soon, I can't keep looking at that face pleading pleeeeeeeeese, and jumping from side to side. Oh enough.

    1. Over here the original ww2 slogan with "carry on" became very popular a year or so ago. We saw it everywhere. Since, the sayings have been rewritten to meet every imaginable need. The stamp company I use to make my cards came out with a line of "keep calm" stamps, including the original slogan, and they ended up having to pull them because the original is copyrighted. They've become a bit overdone, but I like this one because a week or so before winter break/Christmas the kids are as high as a kite.
The coffee craving comes and goes. I feel really good without it, but when I stress it's the first thing I think about. The kids are crazy this week, so that's not helping.
Hope Jess made the wait. Mine doesn't plead quietly so she's hard to ignore with paws batting at me and howls at the door.
Time for bed...have a good day!

    1. Yes it does, but this year especially. I have a cute little guy who asks me every day how many days until Christmas, out loud in front of everyone so we do the math together and then it's sends about half of them right over the edge. The rest of the day they're useless. Yesterday I almost lost my mind, and then on the drive home I thought, "oh no, it's only Tuesday!" Gah!

    1. 1.5 days for us. December program tomorrow which will help pass the time, and minimum day Friday. I think I can, I think I can.
All my shopping is completed - given or shipped to Hawaii. I couldn't manage cards this year...oh well.
