  2. I am a bit out of it today, and when I read "THE CRICKET IS BACK" I thought you meant the game of cricket, which I thought, "I know! Isn't it awful!"

But now I have come to my senses and I interpreted your statement for its actual intent, however the thought still works for both.

However I love animal/insect symbolism but I don't know much about crickets.

Wikipedia says that they are good luck in Asia and actually kept as caged pets.

In Barbados a loud cricket inside of the house means the money is going to come in. These crickets are never killed or evicted.

Other resources state that crickets aide in heightened intuition and awareness.

But in a native american symbolism they represent fertility..... is there something you would like to share with the rest of the class?
